The cleanliness of the hotel was shocking. I was moved to two different rooms due to issues with both—one had malfunctioning plumbing, and the other was cluttered with dirty towels. The impersonal service from the manager left me feeling unwelcome, especially when there was a disturbance outside my door and I couldn't get help.

I booked a Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed for a family trip. Upon arrival, the check-in was smooth, and my room was clean enough, making it suitable for our one-night stay. The location was convenient, with quick access to nearby stores and restaurants. During our stay, I appreciated the fact that the staff worked hard, given the short staffing. However, our room had some issues. The bathroom amenities were lacking, specifically no shampoo provided, which was a letdown. We also experienced some noise disruptions from other guests and the infrastructure of the hotel. The breakfast variety was very limited, not offering much to start the day. A bit more attention to maintenance and a more generous breakfast selection would make this hotel much better for families. It felt like the hotel was on an upswing with repairs, but there’s still a ways to go before it’s truly comfortable.

The room was cozy with some super soft pillows that made for a comfy sleep, and I loved the large shower that felt like a mini spa. I also enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool with a nice drink in hand. The only downside was that the breakfast selection could've used a little more variety, but overall it was a great stay! 😊

during my stay at best western plus, the staff was super friendly and professional. when my ac didn’t work, they quickly moved me to a new room. the place was clean, and it was easy to access my function. guests also appreciated the great service at the spa & salon.

The stay at Best Western Plus was overall pleasant. The hotel showcased notable amenities such as a gym and a 24-hour business center, which were convenient for my work-related needs. The staff was accommodating, and the communal areas appeared well-maintained. The room itself provided adequate comfort for my short duration, allowing me to rest effectively after work commitments.

The towels were limited in quantity upon request.
